2022 Sauvignon Blanc

Pale straw-green; the fragrant bouquet of citrus and white peach leads into a beautifully juicy palate with creamy mid palate texture and roundness with a long textured finish.

The pure, linear and intense palate follows the bouquet, the natural acidity giving energy and drive to the white peach/grapefruit duo which has swallowed the used French oak in which it was fermented.

• Whole bunch pressed;
• Juice settled;
• Racked to seasoned oak barriques for native yeast fermentation;
• Barrel fermentation with temperature maintained at 16 to 18 degrees C;
• Five months barrel maturation on gross lees with lees stirring;
• Racked, stabilised, filtered and gravity fed to small bottler.
