Refined white peach flavour at the front of the palate with honeydew melon and lime zest marrying with vanillin oak on the middle. Natural acid refreshes at the lingering finish.
Released after 6 years in bottle to build the components of the wine to reflect the special characteristics evident at the barrel selection process.
