2022 Tambo Cabernet Sauvignon

The location of the site within the vineyard maximises exposure to the west and north sun and reduces wind exposure. These factors combine to develop the pure and intense varietal character moulded by the even maritime climate.

Fermentation occurred naturally after a cold soak and the wine was left in the barrel after fermentation for twelve months to further soften and integrate the flavour and tannin compounds.

The oak maturation has developed this wine’s balanced flavour, which will evolve gracefully for many years to come.
